This patient had veneers completed over 15 years ago in another state. She was not happy with their color and many of the veneers were chipping. Additionally, one fractured off and was lost. We completed a revision for her, carefully removing the existing veneers and replacing them with feldspathic porcelain veneers. They were designed by Dr. Paré and constructed by our master ceramist. The result was a much more vibrant, youthful smile. By adding volume to the sides of her smile, we were able to accomplish a “non-surgical facelift of the lower third of her face”, giving her face a noticeably younger look.

Our patient suffered from an accident as a child which resulted in one missing upper front tooth, root canals and a bridge. Many years later, the bridge had failed and needed to be replaced. When we decided it was time to make her a new bridge, we also included the adjacent teeth in our treatment plan in order to have a higher esthetically-pleasing and harmonious result. This allowed us to choose a brighter color for all of the porcelain, as well as more symmetrical shapes throughout her smile (adding porcelain veneers to six teeth on the sides of the bridge). This way, the front bridge did not stick out in her smile and be “obviously fake”. Our patient loves her smile and receives many compliments daily!

She had composite resin bondings on her front four teeth that had discolored over time and were matte in appearance. Additionally she had a “black triangle” between her two front teeth from the angulation of those teeth. We decided to refresh her smile by removing the bondings and replacing them with porcelain veneers. We treated a total of ten teeth on the top arch in order to widen her smile and give her a broad, beautiful smile as a result!

This patient suffered trauma to his front teeth at a young age. This resulted in a maxillary central incisor extraction and a root canal on the other central. Over time, the root canal failed and together with a local oral surgeon, we treatment planned and completed two implants to replace his two upper front teeth. We restored these with porcelain implant crowns and we placed veneers on the adjacent teeth and his lower anterior teeth. This allowed us to give him a brighter, more symmetrical and youthful smile!

This patient had mobile upper front teeth that unfortunately were non-restorable and needed to be extracted. He had the teeth removed and immediate implants placed with a local oral surgeon. We made him custom temporary implant crowns in order to sculpt the tissue and gain optimal esthetics. We finalized his case with a combination of custom zirconia abutments with porcelain implant crowns and crowns on his adjacent teeth for an even bite and improved esthetics.
